There are 2 ways that you can make money with the compensation plan which are:

• 1. ROI Commissions also known as a Bear or non-recruiting member
• 2. Referral Commissions also known as a Bull or recruiting member 

Getting Started

There are several levels that you can get started as an affiliate member to earn from the ROI and referral commissions.

On whatever package amount you start with, your package contract entitles you to earn 200% interest as a Bear (non-recruiting member) before package expires. You also have the option to use part of your earnings to upgrade to a higher package by paying the difference between the current package and the new package you wish to upgrade to. Take note the upgrade MUST be done before reaching the 200% cap.

As a Bull (Recruiting member or networker), your contract entitles you to earn 400% in total on whatever package you’re operating. This is your Bear earnings (trading plus forced matrix) and Bull earnings (Fast start bonus plus Unilevel commissions). Like the Bear you can also upgrade by paying the difference to a higher package as long as you do so before you reach the 200% cap on your Bull earnings (very important to keep an eye on The Bull earnings if you are building a growing team!)

Here is a breakdown of all of the investment levels that you can get started at:

• The $300 Package – This level requires a $300 investment. You will get 150 PV in the Leadership Program.
• 
  
• The $500 Package – This level requires a $500 investment. You will get 250 PV towards the Leadership Program and 350 PV for the Trade Pool Deposit.
• 
  
• The 1,000 Package – This level requires a $1000 investment. You will get 500 PV towards Leadership Program and 700 PV for the Trade Pool Deposit.

The difference between the 200% and 400% cap that was mentioned earlier applies to the MLM side of the compensation plan and to the passive income profits that the company offers.

• The MLM Cap – 400% weekly.
• The ROI Cap – 200% weekly.

The maturity date that the company offers is also the 200$ for the passive ROI returns and 400% for the MLM side of the commissions that you earn.

The way they teach you is to reinvest the money right after it matures to earn even more money.

One thing to take note of is the withdrawal fee.

The company will take 20% from your commission withdrawal where 50% of that 20% will go toward the referral commissions that are earned from the MLM compensation plan.

Ranks And Qualifications

There are a total of 7 ranks that you can qualify for in the Cash Forex Group opportunity.

The higher the rank that you can qualify for will mean the more money that you can make with the company.

A couple of terms that were listed here were GV and PV.

• PV – This term is “Personal Volume” which is the volume or the investment PV from your personal investment volume.

Referral Commissions

Cash FX Group also pays out 50% of all of your personally enrolled members.

What the company does is take 50% of the Academy Pack PV that you personally recruited joins at and pays you on that volume.

For example, if you recruit someone that joins at the 500 Level, the PV that the member gets is 250 PV, and you will earn $125 from that sale.

Residual Commissions (Unilevel)

The company also offers 2 sets of residual commissions that you can earn when an affiliate member makes an investment.

The company uses the unilevel compensation plan for the first one to pay these commissions.

For those that are not familiar with how the unilevel compensation plan works, here is a quick breakdown:

• 1st Level – The first level of your unilevel compensation plan will only have your personally recruited members on it.

You can fill any of the positions through direct or indirect sales from you or your team (down-line) members.

Do you remember the withdrawal fee that we mentioned above?

The company takes 20% of the 50% commissions that you earn from personally sponsored members.

This is what they use to pay out all of these commissions.

The matrix commissions that you can earn will depend on how much you have invested.

Here is how that works:

When you join the $300 or $500 investment level, you can earn 3% on levels 1 to 3.

When you join the $1,000 investment level, you can earn 3% on levels 1 to 3 and 5% on level 4.

When you join the $2,000 investment level, you can earn 3% on levels 1 to 3, 5% on level 4, and 6% on level 5.

The river starts in the distant hills and many of the birds in Abuja use it as a corridor to get from one area to the other.

Millennium Park offers visitors opportunity to savour the freedom and freshness that nature offers.

Especially during the weekend when there is the need to relax, visitors can frequent the garden.

A typical visit to the part at the weekend, most especially on Sunday is thrilling.

There are ongoing plans in the pipeline to expand the park with projects to include the millennium tower, cultural centre and a museum that will house a broad collection of African arts.

Millennium Park has a small river that divides it into two parts by bisecting its main rectilinear axis.

One side of the Millennium Park consists of unspoilt nature, brushwood as well as greenhouses for butterflies and tropical birds.

The other side is dedicated to the scientific knowledge of the natural environment with its very traditional and rigid Italian Style Garden Layout.

Business plan is the key ingredient for a successful business and is often ignored. Whether you’re starting or growing your business, you need a business plan. Your plan will provide the road map to achieve the success you desire. The question shouldn’t be IF you write your plan, but how to write a business plan that will take your company to the level you want it to attain.

Your business plan is essentially your answers to a comprehensive list of questions. The first and most important question is this: where do you want your business to get to? Stated differently, what do you want your business to look like in three, five, ten or years ahead? What level of revenue and profit will you have at that time? How many employees? How many locations? And so on.

Likewise, your business plan should answer these questions for a shorter time period, particularly one year. That is, what are your business’ goals and objectives for the current year, and what you must accomplish to make the year a success. 

In other to put up a detailed business plan, below are the core business planning questions you naturally have to answer that will drive your business to the desired goals you want to achieve:

1.    Company Analysis: what products and/or services do you offer now and/or what will you develop and offer in the future?

2.    Industry Analysis: how big is/are your market(s) and how are they changing? What trends are affecting them and do these trends bode well for your future success? (A good way to test your understanding is to test market your product or service before your start. You think you have a great kite that will capture the imagination of kite fliers throughout the world? Then hand-make some of them and try selling them first.)

3.    Competitive Analysis: who are your competitors and what are each of their key strengths and weaknesses? (SWOT Analysis) In what areas will you have or gain competitive advantage? How?

4.    Customer Analysis: who are your target customers? What are their demographic and/or psychographic profiles? What are their needs?

5.    Marketing Plan: how will your reach your target customers? What promotional tactics and marketing channels will you use? How will you price your products and/or services? What brand positioning do you desire for each?

6.    Management Team: who comprises your current team and what key hires must you make in order to execute on the opportunity in front of you. Will you build a Board of Advisors or Directors, and if so, who will you seek? . (Look for people who you like and admire, have good ethical values, have complementary skills and are smarter than you. Plan to hire people who have the skills that you lack. Define your unique ability and seek out others who turn your weaknesses into strengths.)

7.    Operations Plan: what is your action plan? What are the milestones you must accomplish to go from where you are now to where you want to be at a specific period of time? Say at end of five, ten or twenty years? Place some reasonable limits on long-term, future projections. (Long-term means over one year.) Better to stick with short-term objectives and modify the plan as your business progresses. Too often, long-range planning becomes meaningless because the reality of your business can be different from your initial concept.

8.    Financial Plan: how much external funding (if applicable) do you need to build your company? In what areas will these funds be invested? What are your projected revenues and profits over the next one to five years? What assets must you acquire?

(Most entrepreneurs do not come from accounting backgrounds and need to learn these skills. Would you bet your savings in a game where you don't know how to keep score? People mistakenly do it in business all the time. You need to learn basics in accounting, computer software and cash flow management)

Answering the questions in these eight key business plan sections helps you formulate specific business goals. They also help you answer the most important question to include when you write the Executive Summary of your business plan, which is this: why is your business uniquely qualified to succeed?

There are many reasons why your business might be uniquely qualified to succeed. For example, it could be the quality of your management team. Or unique technology and/or partnerships you’ve created. But importantly, if you have no unique qualifications, it’s too easy for competitors to steal your customers and market share at any time.

So, if you’re thinking right now about how to write a business plan, sit down and start answering the questions outlined above. It’s the thinking and strategizing part which is actually more important than the writing part. Sure, if you want others to read and/or fund your business, your plan has to read well and be formatted properly. But it’s the content in the business plan, your strategy and reasons why you’ll succeed, that will prompt others to invest or otherwise join you in your conquest to build a thriving business!
